Pacific stays hot, defeats Santa Clara 84-57

STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) Sam Willard had 15 points and a career-high 13 rebounds to lead Pacific to an 84-57 blowout over Santa Clara on Sunday in the West Coast Classic.

Terrell Smith and Demetrece Young each scored 16 points for the Tigers (3-0), who shot 77 percent from the field in the second half.

Kevin Foster scored a game-high 22 points to lead Santa Clara (2-2), including five 3-pointers. The Broncos shot just 33 percent from the field. (MORE)
